Ideally, you’ll have experience with tenant improvement in the food and beverage space. You’ll be the face of WCG on the jobsite—overseeing trades, coordinating resources, and delivering results that exceed client expectations.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Focus Areas:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Execution</span> – Oversee and manage daily on-site activities and risks. Manage trade coordination to ensure projects are safely completed on-time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards (35%)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Contract &amp; Scope Management</span> – Interpret drawings, specs, and workflows (20%)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Safety Oversight</span> – Enforce jobsite safety standards (20%)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Planning, Scheduling, Reporting, &amp; Communicating</span> – Document field activity and escalate as needed (15%)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team Development</span> – Coordinates activities and project needs with Project Manager and other stakeholders. Mentor and support junior field staff (5%)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Site Documentation</span> – Prepare and submit reports, updates, daily logs, JSAs, Toolbox Talks, and the like (5%)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">✅ What You’ll Need</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field and 5+ years of progressive construction experience <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">OR</span> 10+ years of progressive construction experience.</li>\n<li>A strong safety and hazard-awareness focus.</li>\n<li>ASTA or similar scheduling software familiarity/experience is a plus.</li>\n<li>Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand the deal.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with management and implementation of RFIs, ASIs, submittals, and other industry practices.</li>\n<li>Hands-on knowledge of site work, structural systems, finishes, building exterior systems, layout, and the like.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office + Outlook.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, leadership, and scheduling skills.</li>\n<li>Experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Procore</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">OSHA 30</span>, and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">First Aid/CPR</span> preferred.</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">💼 What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary + <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">full benefits package.</span></li>\n<li>Medical, Dental, Vision, Life &amp; Disability Insurance.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">401(k) with company match.</span></li>\n<li>Generous PTO, paid holidays, wellness programs.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">HSA with company contributions + gym membership.</span></li>\n<li>An amazing team and culture where your work truly matters.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">🔧 Physical Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, and operate construction/office equipment.</li>\n<li>Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and manual dexterity.</li>\n<li>Must be comfortable working at heights and in various site conditions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why WCG?</span><br>We're committed to grow and become the Rocky Mountain region’s premier builder, respected for integrity, performance, and joyfully engaged teams.
