  "key_responsibilities": "<ul><li><!--block-->Obtains and maintains all required safety certifications.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Communicate with project team members, client representatives, review agencies, and others as appropriate to the project.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Manage time effectively, organize, and work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet project deadlines and client needs</li><li><!--block-->Supervise and train crew members.   "skills_knowledge_expertise": "<ul><li><!--block-->12-16 years’ SUE Tech experience&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Providing utility designating/locating services is a plus.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Land Surveying a plus&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
