These key tasks set the tone for the entire night and ensure our leagues have a safe, organized space to play. During our busiest seasons, field crew members help secure our spots on the National Mall and prepare the fields so the fun can happen!<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #444746; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">This role is pivotal in creating a great experience for every player. Field crew members get to spend time outdoors, enjoy the sunshine, and play an essential part in making our leagues run smoothly. The position also offers flexibility during the day, allowing time to read, study, get a workout, or simply relax between tasks—making it a great fit for students or anyone who enjoys being outside and getting paid for some sunshine while helping bring league nights to life.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What we are looking for</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">We are looking for individuals who are available for at least </span><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">2 days a week</span><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> and can work </span><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">5a-11:30a / 11:30a-6p or 5a-6p</span><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">. We are seeking individuals who are reliable, punctual, and able to interact with others in a respectful but firm manner.
