    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p>\n<p>Supports a broad range of moderately complex projects (design, implementation, etc.). Projects could range from new equipment, procurement and installation; machine safety improvements; maintenance projects; equipment enhancement; new products; sales support, training support, etc.&nbsp;Projects may be small stand-alone projects or portions of a larger project with the larger project being managed by others.&nbsp; Also troubleshoots current production equipment/processes for maximum quality throughput.&nbsp; Generates cost savings ideas throughout facility.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Position Results</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and with required functionality</li>\n <li>Effective monitoring and communication of project cost and schedule to stakeholders</li>\n <li>Accurate integration of new systems and equipment</li>\n <li>Proactive risk identification and mitigation throughout the project timeline</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Key Responsibilities</p>\n<p><strong>Project Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Define project scope and objectives</li>\n <li>Develop and manage project budgets and schedules</li>\n <li>Identify and manage project risks and issues</li>\n <li>Communicate project status and performance metrics to stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Stakeholder Communication</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide clear and consistent updates on project status and key metrics</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Troubleshoot and support production equipment and processes</li>\n <li>Provide technical assistance to Sales and other departments</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Other Duties</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform additional responsibilities as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Competencies</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities</li>\n <li>Experience with product and process design techniques (APQP, Flow Charts, Control Plans, FMEA, PPAP, etc.)</li>\n <li>Intermediate knowledge of machine design and operating principles</li>\n <li>Intermediate knowledge of machine repair and troubleshooting practices</li>\n <li>Proficiency in CAD, PC systems, and PLCs</li>\n <li>Hands-on, independent contributor who thrives in team environments</li>\n <li>Ability to travel 25-50%</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education &amp; Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience preferred</li>\n <li>Minimum of 5 years of related engineering experience</li>\n <li>Project management training preferred (MS Project, Gantt charts, PM methodologies, etc.)</li>\n</ul>",
