You’ll be a key contributor to the success of our plant. Bring your expertise and tools to a dynamic environment that values efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement. <strong>The rate for this role is $21.00-$23.00 dependent upon experience.&nbsp;</strong></span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></span></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Perform any of the following activities at various levels of speed as directed by the Team Leader:</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Safely Operate Forklift and material handling equipment.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Perform inventory functions including but not exclusive to: Cycle counts, physical inventory, product checks.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Load and receive materials from trailers.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Load, store, move materials in and out of racking</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Perform loading documentation process in accordance with Hazmat rules</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Operate and use plant’s warehouse management system/RFID</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Perform packing/quality checks and documentation as required</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Hand stack palletized product as necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the facility</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Be responsible for the final quality of every unit that is placed into a customer’s shipper. &nbsp;If unsure of the quality standard required, there is a responsibility to check with the Team Leader before packing questionable product.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Be responsible for safety and housekeeping in the immediate work area. &nbsp;Help to clean and report any unsafe conditions to your Team Leader or Supervisor.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Participate in Continuous Improvement activities.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, Safety Standards, and follow all plant policies and procedures.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Possibility of working around high noise levels, depending on location.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Constant interaction with a variety of chemicals and chemical Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">2 years of forklift experience is highly preferred</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">High School Diploma or GED</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Must be able to read, write and speak English</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Able to visually concentrate, remain alert, and listen intensely for extended periods of time</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Able to stand, sit, lift, bend, crouch, reach and climb consistently for twelve hours</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Able to grasp and manipulate a variety of packaging components (i.e. sprayers, bottles,
