    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span></p>\n<p><br>The Brewhouse Assistant supports the Head Brewer in all aspects of beer production — from grain to glass. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced, and rewarding role that touches nearly every part of the brewing process, including cleaning, brewing, packaging, and maintenance. It’s a great opportunity for someone passionate about craft beer and eager to learn the trade from the ground up.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span> <br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Brewing &amp; Cellar Work</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with all stages of the brewing process, including milling, mashing, boiling, and fermentation.</li>\n<li>Sanitize and prepare tanks, hoses, and fittings.</li>\n<li>Help monitor fermentation, take gravity readings, and record data.</li>\n<li>Assist with beer transfers, dry hopping, and carbonation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cleaning &amp; Sanitation (Top Priority)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and safety in all brewing areas.</li>\n<li>Perform or assist with tank and line cleaning (CIP).</li>\n<li>Wash and sanitize kegs and other equipment.</li>\n<li>Keep brewhouse, cellar, and storage areas organized and spotless.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Packaging &amp; Logistics</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with canning, bottling, and kegging operations.</li>\n<li>Wash, fill, and label kegs and cans.</li>\n<li>Move finished product into cold storage and maintain inventory organization.</li>\n<li>Occasionally help with deliveries or material handling.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Maintenance &amp; General Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform basic equipment maintenance and cleaning.</li>\n<li>Help with ingredient inventory, receiving shipments, and restocking supplies.</li>\n<li>Support brewery events, festivals, and releases as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school Diploma or equivalent.</li>\n<li><span>Subject to drug screen within 90 days of employment</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to pass a background check</span></li>\n<li><span>Must be 21 years of age</span></li>\n<li>Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.<br></li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and sanitation practices.</li>\n<li>Ability to lift and move 50–75 lbs repeatedly.</li>\n<li>Comfortable working in hot, wet, and physically demanding environments.</li>\n<li>Basic mechanical aptitude preferred.</li>\n<li>Prior experience in a brewery or manufacturing setting is a plus, but not required.</li>\n<li>Passion for craft beer and willingness to learn the brewing process.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">TCBC is an Equal Opportunity employer that is fully committed to attracting, retaining, developing and promoting the most qualified employees without regard to their race, gender, color, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, citizenship status, veteran status, or any other characteristic prohibited by state or local law.  We are dedicated to providing a work environment free from discrimination and harassment, and where employees are treated with respect and dignity</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>",
