Responsibilities The Federal Law Enforcement Program Manager is a dual hatted position responsible for the execution of existing work and the growth of business opportunities. As a program manager, the candidate is responsible for planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of existing contract deliverables. As a business development manager, the candidate will drive the organization’s strategic growth objectives by developing and refining an understanding of our customers’ most important needs and creating/leading winning capture strategies. Direct contract support to programs within the portfolio, driving program execution and business developmentEngage with customer contacts to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction for programs within the portfolio Provide management and oversight of the day-to-day operations and task execution within the portfolio, ensuring that all programs run within scope, time, and budget constraints Grow the opportunity pipeline, to include existing as well as adjacent markets/customers, through diligent and timely identification/qualification of new business opportunities by leveraging current technologies, customer intimacies, and inter-company collaboration Conduct customer visits and perform research to understand current and emerging customer needs and requirements Establish, build, and maintain customer relationships and assess competitor capabilities aligned to specific customers across a diverse business portfolio Qualifications Federal Law Enforcement Experience Ability to work independently, taking initiative and making independent decisions Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues to senior staff when needed Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a time and to rapidly adapt to changing priorities, schedules, and budgets Self-starter who proactively seeks learning and development opportunities Excellent interpersonal and partnering skills to facilitate effective working relationships Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional documentation and process management skills Strong analytical, research, and attention to detail skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Able to multitask Our Benefits 401(k) match of 6% with immediate vesting Highly subsidized Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Legal Resources Plan Flexable Time Off 10 Federal Holidays Life insurance, short and long-term disability coverage paid by the company Free sodas and snacks We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate based on race, religion, gender, national origin, color, age, military service eligibility or veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, or any other protected class.
