    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Reporting to the Operations and Maintenance Manager, the Welder/Fabricator is responsible for constructing and repairing all mechanical, welding, and fabrication jobs, as determined by the Maintenance manager, using various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc, STICK) and fabrication machinery.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Fabrication and assembly</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Read blueprints, layouts, and assemble metal parts using welding techniques</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Perform welding, cutting, and fitting various parts using torch, plasma cutter, brazing, grinders, threaders, saws, and shears</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Welding stainless, aluminum, and mild steel</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Use precision measuring instruments (squares, levels, calipers)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Welding certificates and /or CWB, TSSA, Red seal</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Valid Class G Ontario Driver's License; a valid AZ Driver's License is an asset</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
