We are family-owned and operated and are committed to preserving our family business and its culture.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>POSITION SUMMARY:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Facilities Director serves as the senior facilities leader for the organization, responsible for the strategic oversight and day-to-day execution of facilities, maintenance, janitorial, and safety operations across all company locations. This role directs and supports a team of approximately 21 direct and indirect reports and ensures that all facilities, equipment, and infrastructure operate safely, efficiently, and in full regulatory compliance.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This is a highly visible leadership role that partners closely with ownership and senior leadership on capital planning, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Administration &amp; Compliance</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop, manage, and monitor departmental budgets, ensuring responsible spending and alignment with business priorities</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure compliance with all applicable infrastructure-related regulatory requirements, including environmental and safety regulations (e.g., Drinking Water, Wastewater, Stormwater, Air Emissions, OSHA/CalOSHA)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee health, safety, and environmental inspections, documentation, and corrective actions</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage third-party consultants and service providers supporting compliance analysis, monitoring, and reporting</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide technical guidance and subject-matter expertise across company operations as requested</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Team Leadership</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and team members across Maintenance, Janitorial, and Safety functions</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee attendance review and approvals in compliance with wage and hour laws and company policies</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Set goals, conduct performance reviews, and support leadership development within the department</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and safety-first leadership</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Represent the Facilities Department within the broader organizational structure</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Vendor &amp; External Services Management</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage key external service providers, including 24/7 security services</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Negotiate, evaluate, and manage vendor contracts to ensure service quality, regulatory compliance, and cost effectiveness</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Capital Planning &amp; Project Management</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement projects across all locations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and maintain a rolling three-year facilities and capital improvement plan</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify, justify, prioritize, and present capital projects for executive and ownership approval</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop scopes of work, technical specifications, schedules, and cost estimates</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Directly manage or oversee approved projects, including partnerships with outside engineering firms</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage permits and regulatory approvals for owner-managed construction projects</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">8+ years of progressive leadership experience in facilities, maintenance, or engineering within a regulated manufacturing, food &amp;
