Performs computer related tasks proficiently 25. Files diagnostic and other reports/documents in appropriate patient chart 26. Acts as admitting clerk when registration office is closed, when applicable *27. Assists in assembly of new charts, maintaining current chart, entering patient information on the charts and kardex including recopying medication sheets(when applicable) for patient charts *28. Accurately and effectively prepares and administers pharmacological agents *29. Accurately monitors IV therapy according to established policies and procedures *30. Adjusts equipment to correct settings for procedure/treatments for maximum results *31. Assists in patient and family/caregiver education and/or care conferences and effectively documents teaching/ information *32.
