You will develop a deep understanding of client needs, enabling you to identify and collaborate with the right creators to bring campaigns to life. You will be responsible for executing campaigns on time and within budget while setting ambitious goals and measuring impact. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key creators and stakeholders across various platforms and markets.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Executing end to end creator campaigns and ambassador programs across assigned clients </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Developing, presenting and executing creator-led campaigns across assigned clients, with guidance and supervision where needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Setting creator criteria and sourcing creators that match brand and creative </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinating with creators, clients and internal team to deliver content that is on brief, on time and within budget</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Analysing creator content performance, providing data &amp; learnings and driving next steps for improvement</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Providing input for creator budget breakdowns that align with campaign objectives, and owns creator administration &amp; invoicing </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Providing insights on creators and latest trends to drive proactive ideation and cross-craft collaboration</span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What we’re looking for</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3 years</span> of experience with creator/influencer campaign management for leading (international) brands</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">End-to-end creator campaign execution experience, including briefing, sourcing, coordination and reporting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Native-level Dutch</span> speaker with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">fluent English</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong understanding and network in the Dutch creator landscape and relevant platforms</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Comfortable in client-facing settings for creator-related topics and content approval flows</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to set KPIs and report on performance that provides insights in MBR's and QBR's </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with social commerce or affiliate creator marketing is a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with tools like CreatorIQ, AirTable, Claude is a plus</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
