A Lead Veterinary Surgeon will guide our team of vets, ensuring that high standards of clinical care are met through coaching and mentoring. You will be jointly responsible for embedding the Animal Trust Values, creating a caring and nurturing working environment.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: #374151\">Working closely with our Practice Manager and Lead Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
