    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>i3 is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Test Engineer to support testing activities and create documentation as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment aboard Redstone Arsenal. In this role, you will contribute to the testing of software and systems developed by S3I as well as third-party vendors. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining test plans, procedures, and reports. The position may also require occasional travel to customer-designated locations to assist with operational testing, demonstrations, and field support. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position will support work <strong>on-site at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Set up and maintain test environments including hardware, software, and instrumentation.</li>\n <li>Supports test planning, coordination, execution, development of detailed test plans, test reports, and resource allocation management for test events.</li>\n <li>Execute tests for functionality, performance, reliability, and compliance.</li>\n <li>Document test results and maintain detailed reports on defects, root causes, and corrective actions.</li>\n <li>Ensure test coverage and maintain test documentation.</li>\n <li>Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.</li>\n <li>Perform regression, integration, and system testing.</li>\n <li>Analyze requirements and technical specifications to create effective test strategies.</li>\n <li>Supports software and hardware installation at test event sites as required.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree required. Additional experience may substitute for degree.</li>\n <li>10 years of relevant experience.</li>\n <li>Ability to travel to customer sites as required.</li>\n <li>Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.</li>\n <li>U.S. Citizenship is required.<u></u></li>\n</ul>\n<p><u>Preferred</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with Tactical Radio Networks</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networks</li>\n <li>Experience with Variable Message Format and Cursor on Target Messaging Standards a large plus</li>\n <li>Experience with Mounted Mission Command (MMC), Joint Battle Command Platform (JBC-P), Blue Force Tracker (BFT) or NOC Systems a plus</li>\n <li>Experience with Linux Operating Systems</li>\n <li>Experience with understanding and interpreting MIL-STD’s and ICD documents.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><u>Knowledge/Skills</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of office administration and procedures.</li>\n <li>Exceptional judgment capabilities and relationship management skills.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, teamwork, and client service skills; ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver feedback clearly and tactfully.</li>\n <li>Interact with a diverse array of customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner.</li>\n <li>Work independently with accountability for accurate and complete results.</li>\n <li>Be extremely organized and exceptionally detail oriented.</li>\n <li>Work well both independently and in a team environment.</li>\n <li>Analyze information and respond appropriately.</li>\n <li>Manage time wisely and prioritize tasks.</li>\n <li>Provide superior customer service. </li>\n <li>Multi-task in a pleasant manner.</li>\n <li>Work well under pressure</li>\n <li>Critical thinking and troubleshooting </li>\n <li>Adaptability in fast-paced environments</li>\n</ul>\n<p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p>\n<ul>\n <li>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.</li>\n <li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
