font-weight: bold\">Basic Qualifications </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">3+ years of experience in manual testing web applications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and best practices in modern web development.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and how web applications work under the hood.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Experience with bug-tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or similar.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ability to analyze complex systems, think critically, and propose improvements, not just report issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Excellent communication skills and the confidence to challenge assumptions when necessary.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
