If you are passionate about adaptive insights, assisting clients, and all the challenges that go with being a consultant, you will want to be a part of our team. Our people have the skills and business expertise to provide exceptional consulting services to clients, helping them gain the optimum benefit from their Workday software. This position requires 50% travel with projects executed on-site at Peoplevisor client locations nationwide. The selected candidate will be eligible for training and certification in Workday Financials.</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p> </p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">KEY EXPECTATIONS</span></span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Be the Adaptive Insights Planning and Budgeting functional expert and lead clients through the entire systems development lifecycle</li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Guide clients through all project phases including fit/gap, configuration and testing</span><br></span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Assist clients in fully integrating Adaptive Insights into their current Workday business environments</span><br></span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems</span><br></span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Configure Adaptive Insights and integrations to meet each client's unique business requirements and provide insight on best practices</span><br></span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Work with the client and data migration team to help convert legacy data into Workday/Adaptive Insights</span><br></span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Assist the integration team with design, configuration and testing delivered and custom integrations</span><br></span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner, reporting progress to managers</span><br></span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Adaptive Insight solutions</span><br></span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p> </p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Adaptive Insights certification and implementation experience is required<br></span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">2-3+ years of hands-on experience implementing budgeting and planning systems, such as Tidemark, Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, etc.</span><br></span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Experience re-engineering budgeting and planning processes</span><br></span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Ability to translate customer business requirements to system configuration and business processes</span><br></span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Excellent oral and written communication skills</span><br></span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Excellent presentation skills</span><br></span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Strong Microsoft Excel skills, experience using pivot tables, vLookups and formulas</span><br></span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Experience with object oriented applications is a plus</span><br></span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">A Bachelor’s degree is required, Finance or Accounting preferred</span><br></span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;
