The primary function of this position will be to coordinate and schedule the delivery of goods from the Distribution Center to franchise stores. Tracks over/under hours for route drivers.</li>\n <li>Create various reports (weekly mileage, fuel, late truck, etc.).</li>\n <li>Create Driver Route Books.</li>\n <li>Track delivery performance and advise stores and Member Services of any delays. </li>\n <li>Reviews timecards and PeopleNet for Drivers and Delivery Assistants and notifies the supervisor of discrepancies</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required 2. </li>\n <li>1 - 3 Years of transportation industry experience 3. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations is desired.</li>\n <li>Proficient computer knowledge (advanced preferred) </li>\n <li>Good mathematical skills</li>\n <li>Problem-solving and decision-making ability </li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Excellent Interpersonal Skills</li>\n <li>Team Player </li>\n <li>Flexible to varying work schedules</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer</strong>:  NDCP is an equal opportunity employer.
