This role offers meaningful exposure across the business and will work closely with Accounting, Treasury, and Finance leadership, including regular interaction with the Controller and Chief Financial Officer.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to expand their impact within a collaborative, high-visibility team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Location: 3 days working in our Sandy Springs office and 3 days remote (required)</p>\n<h2>Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare and review journal entries across a range of complex accounting areas, including leases, accrued liabilities, revenue, and fair value measurements</li>\n <li>Perform detailed analysis and reconciliation of assigned general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness</li>\n <li>Analyze cash activity and prepare related entries tied to revenue and expense recognition</li>\n <li>Review and reconcile intercompany transactions and investment accounts across multiple legal entities</li>\n <li>Support the monthly close process, including preparation of consolidated financial reporting and variance analysis</li>\n <li>Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Treasury, FP&A, Merchant Billing) to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting</li>\n <li>Prepare audit-ready documentation and support internal and external audit requests</li>\n <li>Assist in the development and mentoring of junior team members</li>\n <li>Identify and drive process improvements, including opportunities for automation and efficiency</li>\n <li>Contribute to special projects and ad hoc analyses as the business evolves</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Skills/Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required</li>\n <li>CPA or progress toward certification preferred</li>\n <li>3+ years of relevant experience (public accounting experience, including Big 4, strongly preferred)</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles</li>\n <li>Experience with month-end close and financial statement preparation</li>\n <li>Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office</li>\n <li>Experience with ERP systems; Workday experience is a plus</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization</li>\n <li>Experience with process improvement initiatives, automation tools, or leveraging AI to enhance accounting workflows is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary for this role ranges from $X per year to $X per year. Compensation will be determined by several factors, including relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
