      "content": "<li>Provide excellent customer service by greeting and establishing rapport with customers while informing them of BRS products and services</li><li>Arrive early to open the store and leave late to close the store</li><li>Operate the alarm system, including setting and disarming</li><li>Identify Problems with working conditions and share with management</li><li>Assume management responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager</li><li>Knowledge of BRS products to provide customers with recommendations</li><li>Drive sales in all departments</li><li>Order, replenish and maintain inventory</li><li>Perform cashier functions and adhere to minor policy while completing customer transactions</li><li>Operating scanners, cash registers, and other electronics</li><li>Follow proper age verification policies</li><li>Accepting payments, such as cash, checks, and credit cards</li><li>Ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a customer receipt</li><li>Processing refunds and exchanges</li><li>Balance register drawerBagging or boxing purchases to ensure safe transport</li><li>Following all BRS procedures regarding coupons and gift cards</li><li>Maintain store safety standards</li><li>Store cleanliness and assist in maintaining standards on the sales floor, stock room, lockers, and bathroomsAssist in promotions and setup of events</li><li>Observe BRS vehicle policies and procedure guidelines</li><li>Maintain all safety standards for BRS deliveries</li><li>Delivery items to customersFollowing delivery driving routes and time schedules</li><li>Inform manager of vehicle operating condition problems</li>"
