    "description": "<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p>Acuren is currently recruiting <strong>IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Technicians</strong> to support projects across the Central Region, providing crew leadership and ensuring safe, compliant execution of industrial work scopes.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>The position will be based out of Sarnia, ON</li>\n <li>Salary will be CA$55.00/hr based on certifications and experience</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The IRATA Level 3 Technician will be responsible for the following:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Lead and oversee the day-to-day activities of technicians assigned to the crew</p></li>\n <li><p>Review and approve timesheets and Field Level Risk Assessments (FLRAs), addressing deficiencies and providing constructive feedback</p></li>\n <li><p>Provide technical guidance, mentoring, training, and ongoing skills development to team members</p></li>\n <li><p>Support the investigation and documentation of near misses, safety incidents, and non-conformances</p></li>\n <li><p>Act as the primary emergency contact, maintaining 24/7 availability by cell phone</p></li>\n <li><p>Step in to perform required services when additional personnel are unavailable</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>IRATA Level 3 Certification</p></li>\n <li><p>Journeyman ticket (asset)</p></li>\n <li><p>Valid First Aid Certification</p></li>\n <li><p>Valid driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Core Competencies</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong commitment to safety and quality standards</li>\n <li>Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships</li>\n <li>Effective problem-solving and time management skills</li>\n <li>Self-motivated, with the ability to perform at a high technical and performance level</li>\n <li>Capable of working independently while leading and supporting a team</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>The strength of Acuren lies in its outstanding people.
