Description Director of Franchise Sales Do you have a successful track record of selling and helping develop franchises? Are you confident, self-motivated, and driven? Another Broken Egg of America Franchising, LLC is seeking a Director of Franchise Sales (DFS) to join our corporate team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will serve as the Company’s primary liaison and brand ambassador with prospective franchisees during the marketing, sales, discovery, and qualification processes, and continue to consult as needed through successful opening of new restaurants. The Director of Franchise Sales will engage cross-functional resources as needed throughout the sales process. Additionally, they will work with existing franchise partners to add new unit commitments and participate in re-sale transactions as needed. This position reports to the Vice President of Development. To be considered, candidates must reside in Southeast or Mid-Atlantic regions of the U.S. Job Summary In conjunction with the Vice President of Development, the director is responsible for achieving or exceeding annual franchise unit growth objectives for their assigned territory through execution of the strategic franchising sales plan. They will utilize a variety of internal and external resources to source, recruit, and qualify prospective franchisees; to sign single and multi-unit development agreements; and onboard the quality and quantity of new franchise partners needed to enhance enterprise value and leverage the ABE brand. Primary Responsibilities Sales Planning & Promotion Assists in the execution of the strategic franchise sales plan, employing a variety of proactive sales and marketing methods to generate leads and achieve franchise sales and opening objectives in both new and existing markets. Networks and markets within the sales territory and targeted growth areas to identify potential franchisee candidates. Tracks and works all sales leads through the entire sales process from initial inquiry follow-up, through discovery, application, FDD disclosure, Discovery Days, and final preparation and signing of agreements. Franchisee Qualification Identifies, courts, qualifies, and signs franchise prospects who meet all quantitative and qualitative standards. Targets marketing and promotion efforts accordingly to align with the strategic franchise sales plan. Screens and processes applications, ensuring high-quality franchise partners are prospected, qualified, and selected. Coordinates all prospective franchise qualification activities, including: Disclosure process Compliance with all record-keeping requirements Background and financial review Negotiation of area development agreements Coordination and facilitation of discovery day Re-Sale Transactions Participates in organizational re-sale transactions (franchise-to-franchise, company-to-franchise). Engages cross-functional resources to assess transaction feasibility, source and qualify potential franchisees, and transact the sale. Departmental Management Executes functional business plans and budgets in accordance with the organization’s strategic franchise sales plan and key financial objectives. Qualifications Qualifications Key Skills Results Driven: Demonstrated success in territory sales growth in current and new markets. Professionalism: Proven ability to represent a franchise brand with high integrity and utmost high level of professionalism. High Sense of Urgency and Follow Through: Recognizes the importance of acting promptly and decisively. Exhibits focus, intensity, determination, efficiency, and performs well under pressure with persistence. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of leadership. Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams and franchisees to build strong and trusting relationships. Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Business Acumen: Understands business operations, functions, processes, and external environment. Analytical: Strong analytical capability to observe, investigate, and evaluate system performance, identify issues, and develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in system analysis, design, and implementation. Embodies and upholds the following company values: Service, Generosity, Growth, Results, and Integrity. Travel: 25% Education & Experience 3–5 years of experience in direct franchise sales and sales management required Real estate experience preferred but not required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Development, or related subject required Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to perform essential job functions while maintaining focus and engagement for extended periods of time.
