Our operation plays a critical role in supporting airline operations, and we take pride in delivering service excellence every day.</p><p>We offer a <strong>competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package</strong> and are seeking a driven, hands-on leader to manage transportation station operations and personnel.</p><h3><br></h3><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Lead and manage all operational activities and personnel assigned to transportation services dispatched from the station.</li><li>Ensure all transit routes, schedules, and service commitments are met with precision and consistency.</li><li>Supervise, recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate station staff to maintain high performance and service standards.</li><li>Oversee driver scheduling and continuously adjust staffing based on demand, flight activity, and real-time operational needs.</li><li>Work closely with dispatch to proactively avoid service disruptions and efficiently resolve any operational issues.</li><li>Investigate, document, and submit reports related to vehicle accidents, incidents, and maintenance requirements.</li><li>Conduct regular on-site vehicle inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and preventative maintenance standards are met.</li><li>Assist with budget management and financial reporting for station operations.</li><li>Oversee, complete, and follow up on all disciplinary actions and performance management at the station level.</li><li>Attend all required management and leadership meetings and actively contribute to operational improvements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local transportation laws and regulations.</li></ul><h3><strong>Qualifications &amp; Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li>Minimum of five (5) years of experience in transportation, with management experience strongly preferred.</li><li>Proven experience supervising transportation staff and managing daily operations.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Federal, State, and local transportation regulations.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Must possess a current, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Experience operating shuttles, buses, passenger vans, or vehicles for hire is preferred.</li><li>Ability to conduct on-site work, including working outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li><li>Must have full dexterity of hands and legs to safely perform job functions.</li><li>Must be able to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently to communicate with passengers, understand traffic signs, respond to official inquiries, and complete reports accurately.</li><li>Spanish proficiency is a plus.</li></ul><h3><strong>Leadership Profile</strong></h3><p>We are looking for a passionate, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
