This encompasses knife work, building sauces and dressings, making stocks, processing proteins, and much more. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Must be available from 6:00am until 2:00pm.</span> $20-$22++ per hour plus tips.
