Now is an exciting time to consider joining Precision Imaging Centers due to our continued expansion in the Jacksonville Metro area and beyond. We currently operate five centers, and we are also in the process of opening a new center in Orlando, FL.</p><p><br></p><p>This PRN position requires availability to cover Fridays and additional shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends, at our Old St Augustine Road location.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Description</strong></p><p><br>An Echo Technologist performs cardiac sonograms ordered by a referring physician to provide excellent service and patient care. Echo technologists specialize in cardiac care, performing echocardiograms, carotid scans, venous and arterial studies, and transesophageal echocardiograms. The ideal candidate is well-versed in cardiac, vascular, and general ultrasound and is committed to creating a calm, patient-focused environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Perform cardiac and vascular ultrasound exams according to established protocols&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure quality imaging that meets or exceeds ICAEL standards&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate effectively with clinical staff&nbsp;</li><li>Stay up to date with continuing education and best practices in cardiovascular sonography&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Graduate of an accredited school of cardiovascular sonography&nbsp;</li><li>Registered Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS, RVT, or CCI)&nbsp;</li><li>Current BLS certification through American Red Cross or American Heart Association&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting is highly preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced outpatient environment&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Able to stand for extended periods and assist in positioning patients as needed&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Outpatient only – no call or overnight shifts&nbsp;</li><li>Flexible PRN schedule&nbsp;</li><li>Opportunities for cross-training in other modalities&nbsp;</li><li>Supportive and collaborative team environment&nbsp;</li><li>Bonus and incentive programs based on patient reviews and employee referrals&nbsp;</li><li>You will be eligible for our monthly Tech Bonus Program&nbsp;</li><li>Average bonus amount equivalent to $4.00 per hour, in addition to base salary</li><li>Monthly bonus based on positive patient reviews</li><li>Great performance-based incentives!&nbsp;</li></ul><p>We are growing throughout Florida, including the launch of our newest center in Orlando.
