This role will oversee our satellite locations in <strong>Cherokee, Ball Ground, and Ellijay</strong> and will play a key part in driving <strong>operational improvement</strong> across these sites.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position requires regular travel to <strong>Ball Ground, GA</strong> and <strong>Ellijay, GA</strong>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Under the direction and supervision of Director of Physician Practice Management, this management position serves as a liaison between Northside Hospital physician practices and the Northside Hospital, assuring compliance of Northside policies and procedures, and maintaining a productive, financially secure work environment. Responsible for multiple assigned providers and their office staff at multiple locations.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>1. Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or a healthcare related field required OR Associates Degree and 4 years of related healthcare experience.</p>\n<p>2. Two years of previous practice management experience</p>\n<p>3. Ability to develop, organize and implement various programs.</p>\n<p>4. Excellent written and oral communication skills.</p>\n<p>5. Evidence of an ability to work well with others, a team player.</p>\n<p>6. Evidence of teaching skills.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<p>1. MHA or MBA preferred.</p>\n<h2>Work Hours:</h2>830am-5pm",
