    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Position Summary&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>The Clinical Nurse Consultant provides relevant training and consultation on ICU Medical’s clinical products/software and clinical services programs. They participate as part of a cross-functional team comprised of Project Managers, Nurses and Pharmacists.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Clinical Nursing Lead, while collaborating with internal and external teams; such as Pharmacy, Nursing, IT, Project Management, Materials Management&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Involvement in technology integration of ICU Medical infusion devices with EHR vendors for full five right medication administration at the bedside</li>\n <li>Assessment of current state clinical workflow in facilities, and provide consultation on future state workflow</li>\n <li>Planning, execution and follow up to education of hospital clinicians on the use of infusion devices</li>\n <li>Escalate risks and customer issues to project manager&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Provide go-live and post go-live customer facing support on use of ICU Medical products and solutions</li>\n <li>Presenting to a variety of audiences in a variety of settings</li>\n <li>Clinical Subject Matter Expert for internal and external customers</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.5in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge &amp; Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be self-motivated, well-organized with the ability to work under time-sensitive deadlines.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required</li>\n <li>Must have proficient in MS Office skills with Outlook, Excel and Power Point.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Knowledge of leading web-ex meetings is highly preferred.</li>\n <li>Analytical skills and knowledge of statistics desired</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications, Education &amp; Experience&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>\n <li>Prior leadership role in nursing is highly desirable</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree preferably in Nursing is required; Masters degree preferred, with current US RN license</li>\n <li>A Minimum of 7+ recent RN experience preferably in areas of oncology, trauma, ED or critical care areas</li>\n <li>Experience working with Infusion systems/safety software/EMR is a plus</li>\n <li>Experience leading/participating in virtual meetings is desirable</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>This is largely a sedentary role.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.</li>\n <li>Typically requires travel 20-50% of the time</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
