Our commitment to continuous improvement, investment in state-of-the-art equipment, and long-term growth has fueled the recent expansion of our 109,000 sq. ft. facility with a new 27,000 sq. ft. addition.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of machine maintenance in a manufacturing environment, plus 3 or more years of electrical experience.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>Perform diagnostics, adjust and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, 6 axis robots, CNC machines, pumps, shears, fans, conveyors, welding and forming equipment, as well as basic building maintenance.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform preventive maintenance duties per CMMS schedule.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform general troubleshooting of machinery, tools, and building systems.</li><li>Perform general repair of machinery and tools, with minimal supervision.</li><li>Perform layout and specify components needed for manufacturing systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery without supervision.</li><li>Recommend process upgrades.&nbsp;</li><li>Design, construct, and test simple systems, i.e. pneumatic supply lines, conduit, etc.</li><li>Set-up and operate lathe, grinder, presses, mills and drill press, forklift, scissor lift, boom lift, and overhead crane/hoist to perform assembly, repair, and fabrication projects.</li><li>Assist other members of the maintenance department with moving, tearing down and installing equipment as directed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>",
