Job Summary Come work as a Medical Coordinator, Trans Specialty Care Program with Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH)! Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH)- Vancouver Community is seeking a qualified Family Physician or Nurse Practitioner to work as Medical Coordinator for the Trans Specialty Care program, providing leadership to our clinical team in delivering exceptional gender affirming care to the Vancouver Coastal Health Region. Reporting to the Medical Director for Primary Care at VCH – Vancouver Community, the Medical Coordinator provides clinical leadership for the Trans Specialty Care Program in close collaboration with the Trans Specialty Care Program Operations Manager and other members of the clinic leadership team. The Medical Coordinator will work as a dyad partner with the Operations manager in providing this medical and operational leadership. Please note: This is a Part Time appointment of 0.2 FTE dedicated to leadership. Medical Coordinators will generally also be expected to provide direct clinical care at the site, separate from the leadership position. We also welcome new leaders to apply.
