The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing and analyzing rack-supported structures, committed to continuous learning, and eager to contribute to exciting projects that make a real impact. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">We are looking for a Senior ASRS Structural Engineer who will play a key role in leading and managing ASRS structural engineering projects from conception to completion. Candidates shall possess a strong foundation in mathematics, IT proficiency, outstanding analytical capabilities and management skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possesses creative thinking skills, be able to lead a team of structural engineers and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills.  </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Primary responsibilities will include structural analysis and project management for full building design and delegated steel design projects. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Be able to lead a team of structural engineers to design and prepare deliverables for full building design and delegated steel design projects. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Typical projects would consist of steel structure design, light gauge steel design, steel connection design, miscellaneous steel design, and erection engineering. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Additional responsibilities include calculation development, steel shop drawing reviews, submittal preparation, RFI development and new calculation development to enhance efficiencies. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Utilize analysis software programs such as Tekla Structural Designer, Excel, Idea Statica, BlueBeam, RISA Suite, Revit and Ram Connection. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Review 3-D BIM models to aid in building design, connection design and shop drawing reviews. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Obtain planning and building regulations approval. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Q</span><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">ualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><br><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineeri</span>ng. </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Master’s degree in civil or structural engineering is a plus. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">PE licensure. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">SE licensure in California is a plus. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">6+ years of ASRS structural engineering experience. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">An advanced understanding of relevant building codes, materials, and standards.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Enthusiasm and desire to succeed and develop technical skills. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Excellent communication skills are required, both verbal and written. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Project management experience/ability. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Software skills with any of the following are a plus: Tekla Structural Designer, Excel, Idea Statica, BlueBeam, RISA Suite, Revit and Ram Connection.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
