    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">🚀 IGAMING TEAM MANAGER</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Description</span></p>\n<p>Imagine Live is looking for an experienced <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">iGaming Team Manager</span> to lead and develop a high-performing team within our live operations environment in Madrid.</p>\n<p>This role is responsible for driving team performance, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a positive and motivated work culture.</p>\n<p>The position is shift-based.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve high performance and continuous improvement</li>\n<li>Set clear team goals and KPIs, monitoring progress and ensuring targets are met</li>\n<li>Provide regular, constructive feedback and performance evaluations</li>\n<li>Oversee daily team operations, ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards</li>\n<li>Monitor team performance, including technical skills, attendance, and presentation standards</li>\n<li>Identify training needs and support ongoing development initiatives</li>\n<li>Act as a key point of contact between the team and management</li>\n<li>Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivating team environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in team leadership, ideally within iGaming, customer support, or live operations environments</li>\n<li>Fluency in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">English and Spanish</span> (Portuguese is a plus)</li>\n<li>Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills</li>\n<li>Ability to manage performance, motivate teams, and handle challenges effectively</li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>High level of reliability, integrity, and accountability</li>\n<li>Flexibility to work shifts</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we offer </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Dynamic and international work environment</li>\n<li>Career growth opportunities</li>\n<li>Ongoing training and development</li>\n<li>Supportive and collaborative team culture</li>\n</ul>",
