Provides patient care to approximately 20 patients per full day of clinic. Provides clinical leadership within the team.</p><p>&nbsp;2. &nbsp;Works within our call team of FM-OB and OB-Gyn physicians. Monitors and treats patients during pregnancy and childbirth, including delivery and postnatal care.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;3. &nbsp;Expected patient care includes</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Outpatient clinic</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Inpatient Labor call</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;GYN surgery and surgical follow-up</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;OB Backup &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;4. &nbsp;Participates in organizational mission to provide distinctively Christian healthcare</p><p>&nbsp;5. &nbsp;Participates in continuing medical education, including Life Support Training, to maintain the skills necessary to perform physician duties and as required by applicable medical boards and the State.</p><p>&nbsp;6. &nbsp;Documents all patient encounters in a timely manner in hospital and/or clinic health record.</p><p>&nbsp;7. &nbsp;Communicates across departments including behavioral and spiritual health. 10. &nbsp;Attends staff meetings and medical provider meetings and maintain a level of involvement with the health center committees as needed to ensure quality of care for patients.</p><p>&nbsp;8. &nbsp; Physicians are to participate in peer review, performance evaluations/improvement data, and other activities to evaluate and advance quality improvement measures.</p><p>&nbsp;9. &nbsp;Collaborate with and supervises nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) as appropriate, and may assist in the educational training of Medical Students and Residents.</p><p>10.
