We are willing to train and mentor anyone qualified for the positions.</span></em></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #424242; font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #424242; font-size: 16px\">Our ideal Candidate:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">3 years minimum stain and finish experience</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Proven experience in staining and finishing wood surfaces, preferably in a custom millwork or woodworking environment.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Proficiency in using various finishing tools and equipment, including spray guns, brushes, sanding tools, and polishers.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Knowledge of different wood types and how they interact with stains, finishes, and other treatments.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ability to mix and match stains and finishes to achieve desired colors and effects.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Strong attention to detail to ensure a high-quality finish.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Familiarity with safety practices related to handling chemicals, stains, and solvents.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Understanding of surface preparation techniques, such as sanding, cleaning, and priming.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Knowledge of different types of stains and finishes </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Capability to work on feet for extended periods</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #424242; font-size: 16px\">Company Core Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Quality and Humility.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #424242; font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #424242; font-size: 16px\">Our company motto is Be Awesome, which we work toward everyday thanks to the incredible people on our team.
