We’re seeking a full-time Special Ed Instructional Coach to support teachers in these settings, helping improve instruction and enhance student outcomes in Northeastern Massachusetts. COMPENSATION $68,812 – $94,202 annually | MTRS retirement, health, dental & life insurance included WHAT WE OFFER ✔ Consistent schedule — Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM. No evenings, no weekends. ✔ Travel across Northeastern MA — Middleton, Lowell and Tewksbury, MA. ✔ Collaborative environment — work directly alongside General Ed and Special Ed teachers. ✔ Professional development — plan and facilitate PD both virtually and in-person. ✔ MTRS-eligible position — qualifying role for the Massachusetts Teachers' Retirement System.
