This position will allow for that perfect work-life balance!</b></p><p><b>PERKS & PAY</b></p><ul><li><b>Salary: $94,016 annually</b></li><li><b>Up to 12% annual contingency bonus</b></li><li>Flexible schedule opportunities</li><li>FREE Clinical supervision</li><li>Generous plan for paid time off (PTO) (Up to 16 days the first year)</li><li>10 Paid Holidays</li><li>Individual and family insurance coverage: Various medical, vision, and dental plans to choose from</li><li>HSA Employer match up to $1000, depending on the plan</li><li>401(k) with employer match</li><li>Company-paid license reimbursement</li><li>Professional Development</li><li>Professional liability coverage for clinical staff</li><li>Potential eligibility for student loan forgiveness through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program.</li></ul><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><ul><li>Master's degree or above in a nursing field of study from an accredited school.</li><li>Relevant experience, knowledge, and expertise in the behavioral health field.</li><li>Must have experience working in Primary Care</li><li>An active DEA is highly desirable.</li></ul><p><b>JOB DUTIES</b></p><ul><li>Provides medication management services based upon initial and ongoing assessments of child, adolescent, and adult clients with SMI, SED, and SUD diagnoses.</li><li>Develops individual service plans based upon assessment data and provides appropriate medication interventions as necessary to resolve presenting symptoms.</li><li>Performs patient history screenings, risk factor assessments, and ordering of therapeutic and diagnostic tests as indicated by client status.</li><li>Appropriately prescribes medications following organizational policies and relevant federal/state regulations.</li><li>Consults with Lead Medical Officer on cases that are beyond the scope of knowledge and expertise.</li><li>Adheres to appropriate standards of care and ensures clients are seen routinely before providing medication refills.</li><li>Responsible for monitoring individuals on caseload for changes or decline in mental status or medical conditions.</li><li>Work independently with other members of the professional staff to promote quality and effective patient care.</li><li>Completes quality documentation of services provided, including service plans, progress notes, medication informed consent, treatment plan reviews, and other required information to assure compliance with organizational policies and third-party compliance standards.</li><li>Participate in staffing meetings and consultations with other clinicians to assess the therapeutic needs of clients and encourage appropriate referrals to internal and external community services.</li><li>Maintain communication and positive multi-disciplinary working relationships with clinicians and other related professionals in the community.
