    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>The Usher creates a positive, safe, and enjoyable experience for guests at Wilson Warbirds games. This role involves greeting guests, guiding them to their seats, and providing assistance throughout the game. Ushers proactively address guest needs and resolve issues to ensure a smooth and family-friendly game-day environment.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities </strong>include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  Other duties may be assigned.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Treat our fans and guests with courtesy and respect and assist them throughout the game to ensure their visit is safe, clean, fun, and family-friendly</li>\n <li>Provide event information and general ballpark directions</li>\n <li>Guide guests to ticketed seats, suites, and special access areas within ballpark</li>\n <li>Additional assignments may include Doorway/Stairway Monitor, Smoking Section Monitor, Special Access Area Monitor, Wheelchair Escort, Escalator Monitor, Elevator Operator. This includes responding promptly to any elevator malfunctions or emergencies and report issues to maintenance</li>\n <li>Patrol aisles, concourses, and other areas as assigned, maintaining a sharp watch for potential problems.  If necessary, intervene and correct the situation before it interferes with other guests’ enjoyment of the event</li>\n <li>Wipe down all seats in your section before every game and after rain delays</li>\n <li>Report any spills or biohazards to Clean Team members or supervisors</li>\n <li>Assist with field tarp duties as necessary</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications </strong>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
