We are guided and united by our Group Purpose of “giving our world more smiles.” Visit: https://www.fujifilm.com/us/en/about/region/careers</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Team Leadership & Development</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Champion a culture of safety by promoting and rigorously enforcing work practices compliant with EHS protocols.</li>\n <li>Lead, coach, and mentor warehouse supervisors and associates to build a motivated, accountable, and high-performing team. </li>\n <li>Oversee hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training programs focused on quality, regulatory compliance, safety, and environmental standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Operational Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage inbound and outbound processes to ensure timely and accurate receiving, shipping, returns handling and inventory accuracy. </li>\n <li>Allocate labor resources effectively for cycle counting and daily warehouse activities.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with internal teams to support demo, sales and service activities.</li>\n <li>Schedule regular maintenance, repairs, and improvements for warehouse facilities and material handling equipment.</li>\n <li>Maintain service and inspection records for warehouse equipment and safety systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compliance and Safety</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure warehouse teams are trained in, and follow, safety and quality procedures.</li>\n <li>Ensure overall site safety and compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations, coordinate with the Manager, Transportation and Logistics, for transportation-related compliance. </li>\n <li>Comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations and standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Process Improvement and Cost Control: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Implement, sustain, and champion lean methodologies such as 5S to maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.</li>\n <li>Generate and analyze warehouse KPIs using data to identify areas for continuous improvement and cost control.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Collaboration & Communication:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work closely with transportation, supply chain, sales operations and service teams to ensure timely resolution of operational issues. </li>\n <li>Collaborate with the Manager, Transportation and Logistics to ensure aligned priorities and provide mutual backup coverage.</li>\n <li>Act with sense of urgency to support internal and external customers.</li>\n <li>Perform other operational duties as determined by the needs of the business.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required, with focus in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.</li>\n <li>5-7 years’ experience in managing warehouse operations and managing supervisors, preferably in regulatory industries such as medical devices or healthcare equipment</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of quality, regulatory, and safety standards relevant to warehousing and medical device distribution (CGMP, CFR 21 Part 820, ISO 13485, OSHA, DOT).</li>\n <li>Proficiency with SAP warehouse modules or similar Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Microsoft applications.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated problem resolution skills capable of quickly and effectively addressing conflicts and issues.</li>\n <li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills </li>\n <li>Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and continuous improvement methodologies, with commitment to professional development including Lean Six Sigma and OSHA-30 training. </li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical requirements</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Usual warehouse working conditions.</li>\n <li>Frequently required to sit, talk, or hear.</li>\n <li>Frequently use fingers to type and perform fine motor tasks.</li>\n <li>Frequently required to stand, walk, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch.</li>\n <li>Frequently lift up to 30 pounds;
