Description

Description Step into a role where your leadership truly moves the operation forward. Our Maintenance Supervisor plays a hands‑on, people‑first role in keeping our fleet running safely, reliably, and efficiently. If you’re the kind of leader who can balance technical know‑how with strong communication and a steady, supportive presence, this is where you’ll thrive. You’ll guide a diverse team of technicians through the day‑to‑day flow of shop operations — assigning work, monitoring quality, and jumping in on mechanical diagnostics when needed. Your ability to stay organized, flexible, and safety‑minded will set the tone for the entire shop. We’re looking for someone who leads by example: a coach, not a lone wolf. Someone who can build trust, develop talent, and keep the team aligned on safety, productivity, and doing the job right the first time. If you’re teachable, team‑oriented, and savvy about how maintenance connects to the bigger operational picture, you’ll fit right in. At WM, you’ll join a company that invests in your growth and well‑being with competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a culture built on safety, respect, and teamwork. If you’re ready to lead with purpose and make an impact every day, we’d love to meet you. Apply today. I. Job Summary Supervises and provides direct leadership for technicians. Oversees personnel including coaching, training, evaluating employee performance, and conducting disciplinary action as needed. Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions. Interprets and ensures consistent application of organizational policies and safety regulations. Creates and submits reports as necessary. III. Qualifications A.
