JOB SUMMARY
An Administrative Customer Service Representative in Parking Services supports daily operations by combining strong administrative capabilities with exceptional customer service. This role serves as a primary point of contact for visitors, employees, and permit holders, assisting with parking inquiries, permit processing, citation resolution, and policy guidance. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls and emails, maintaining accurate records, processing payments, coordinating parking assignments, and supporting enforcement activities through clear communication and documentation. The position ensures a positive customer experience by addressing concerns promptly, explaining parking regulations, and helping customers navigate available services. Success in this role requires excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced parking services environment. This position requires proficieny with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams). This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.

JOB DUTIES
Provides response to inbound inquiries from staff, employees and other entities (internal and external). Receive, triage, route or answer customer inquiries in a timely, helpful and polite manner during core business hours. Actively listen and follow up with questions in order to accurate route call. Provide customer with contact information for future reference. Document all inquiries in accordance with standard operation procedures. Provide information and resources for customer inquiries; educate customers how to access and utilize online resources for future inquiries. Maintain a working knowledge of policy and procedures as well as keeping current on updates and changes. Other related duties as assigned. SECURITY AND EEO STATEMENT
