      "value": "<ul><li>5+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo.</li><li>Senior-level expertise in Accounting & Finance within an ERP context (e.g. closing, reporting, controls, compliance).</li><li>Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) as well as traditional approaches (e.g. waterfall, classic project management), applying both effectively depending on context.</li><li>Assertiveness paired with an analytical, structured, and pragmatic working style.</li><li>A business background or a degree in STEM / Business (or equivalent qualification).</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory); French is a plus; German is an advantage.</li></ul>"
