    "description": "<p>FIN VFX is looking for a Senior People &amp; Culture Generalist to join our studio team on a 12-month parental leave cover.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is a Sydney based, 12-month fixed term role with a genuine pathway to permanency for the right person. It's been deliberately structured to set you up for success, starting with a full onboarding period working directly alongside FIN's Head of People &amp; Culture before stepping up to lead independently, and then transitioning into a clearly defined senior role within a growing people team. If you're someone who wants real breadth, real responsibility, and the chance to build something rather than just maintain it, this is that role.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is a hands-on generalist role sitting at the heart of our people operations. You will be supporting everything from onboarding and HR admin to employee experience, compliance, and day-to-day P&amp;C queries. You'll work closely with our HR Manager and studio leadership to keep our people function running smoothly during a period of exciting growth.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You'll be someone who's comfortable rolling up their sleeves, genuinely enjoys the variety that comes with a true generalist role, and thrives in a fast-moving, creative environment.
