The position is responsible for performing various assigned tasks requiring the ability to operate hand tools, manufacturing machinery and 5 and 3 axis routers. Performs secondary and finishing operations throughout plant. Also performs CRD/Ext/Assembly functions while meeting all quality and inspection criteria.. font-size: 12px;\">Reviews work orders to determine which task needs to be performed.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Cuts sheet stock and blanks to correct size as indicated by prints.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Loads and unloads forming machines, being careful not to damage molds and parts.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Sets up and operates 5 and 3 axis routers, cutting, drilling, and finishing products as required, and may assist in programming the router.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Makes adjustments to the routing processes and inspects and compares initial products with blueprints to ensure product compliance with specifications.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Reads blueprints to ensure that products are produced in accordance with company standards of quality and customer expectations.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Completes necessary work to finish a part for shipment, including drilling, routing, cutting, assembling, sanding and gluing.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Scrapes and sands rough edges from parts, ensuring that parts are clean and free from scratches and foreign material.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Performs general maintenance on department equipment such as oiling, greasing and cleaning.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">May operate Robomold equipment as needed to support business needs.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
