This position plays a critical role in the estimating and project planning process by gathering accurate field measurements, documenting existing roof conditions, and collecting the information needed to prepare repair, maintenance, and replacement proposals.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, traveling to job sites, and utilizing technology to collect and organize data.</p><p><strong>What You&#39;ll Do:</strong></p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Conduct roof site assessments at commercial and residential properties.</li><li>Measure roof dimensions, slopes, penetrations, and other roof components.</li><li>Take detailed photographs of roof conditions, damage, and site-specific conditions.</li><li>Perform roof core samples when required to identify existing roof systems.</li><li>Document roof obstructions, safety concerns, and other relevant project information.</li><li>Prepare accurate field notes and ensure all collected data is complete.</li><li>Verify measurements and observations before leaving each job site.</li><li>Upload photos, measurements, reports, and related documentation into company software systems.</li><li>Coordinate with estimating, operations, sales, and project management teams throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Maintain professional interactions with customers, property managers, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>What We&#39;re Looking For:</strong></p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, cameras, and cloud-based software.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions in the field.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>High school diploma or GED required.</li><li>Some college or technical education preferred but not required.</li><li>Prior roofing, construction, surveying, estimating, inspection, or related field experience preferred.</li><li>Valid driver&#39;s license with an acceptable driving record required.</li><li>Ability to travel to various project locations as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops safely.</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li><li>Ability to walk uneven terrain and stand for extended periods.</li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and climb as necessary to perform roof inspections.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Competitive hourly pay</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li><li>Company-sponsored health insurance</li><li>Dental, vision, and life insurance options</li><li>401(k) program</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and advancement</li><li>Training and development opportunities</li></ul><p>If you are detail-oriented, enjoy working in the field, and want to be part of a growing roofing organization, we encourage you to apply today.</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><br></p><p><br></p></div></div></div>\n",
