Create a safe, enjoyable, positive, and inclusive environment that welcomes participants of all skill and ability levels. Provide a quality experience to participants and families.</p>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p>\n\n<ol>\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<p dir=\"ltr\">Instructs programs as assigned in accordance with YMCA guidelines.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<p dir=\"ltr\">May assist in the development of programming.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<p dir=\"ltr\">Follow YMCA policies and procedures, including those related to medical and disciplinary situations, child abuse prevention, and emergency procedures.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<p dir=\"ltr\">Increase participant awareness of whole-person health.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<p dir=\"ltr\">Sets up and takes down class equipment.
