Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for fostering a fun environment.</li>\n <li>Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers.</li>\n <li>Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events.</li>\n <li>Provides personalized service and uses guest name.</li>\n <li>Resolves service problems according to guidelines.</li>\n <li>Serves as ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functions; appears in publicity photos.</li>\n <li>Promotes casino events and programs.</li>\n <li>Provides fast (20 minute or less round time), friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests; carries full trays on every round.</li>\n <li>Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines.</li>\n <li>Takes drink orders, communicates with bartender, assists in the preparation of drinks, and presents drinks to guests.</li>\n <li>Handles money according to procedure.</li>\n <li>Works well with others, especially beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisor, and slots supervisor.</li>\n <li>Maintains clean and stocked workstation.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 21 years of age.</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Read, write legibly, understand and speak English.</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service/communication skills.</li>\n <li>Count money and change correctly.</li>\n <li>Know or is able to learn tray service, cocktail ingredients.</li>\n <li>Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.</li>\n <li>Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.</li>\n <li>Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift and carry 20 lbs. (full cocktail tray) for extended periods of time.</li>\n <li>Able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, bright lights.</li>\n <li>Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment.</li>\n <li>Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
