Here, you’ll work on building the world’s best pontoons in a supportive environment that focuses on your personal and professional development. We're committed to ensuring you thrive, so together, we can leave a wake that changes lives on and off the water. Essential Job Functions Proactively manage relationships to exceed customers’ expectations. Oversee assigned customer accounts. Serve as an internal advocate for customers/Dealers. Document key processes and drive continuous improvements. Ensure customer questions and issues are brought to a timely resolution. Facilitate the receipts of new orders, data entry and communications with customers/Dealers. Work with production, purchasing and engineering in meeting customer requests. Other tasks and duties as assigned. Provide phone coverage for our summer hotline (up to 4 weekends of which 1 can be a holiday between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Management Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
