The Daikin Customer Sales (DCS) Agent provides product details on current promotions and assists with the sale of the products and services for prospective and established customers. Whether on the phone, or through email. The DCS agent handles customers’ needs by finding out what they need, answering product questions, creating solutions, and ensuring a smooth transition to a Daikin dealer. Continuously increase sales while increasing overall customer satisfaction. The DCS Agent is responsible for meeting established performance metrics. Must be knowledgeable of the organization’s policies, procedures, practices, products, and services. The DCS Agent works as part of a team to make customers aware of product knowledge, rebates, financing, and other targeted marketing campaigns.
