    "description_html": "<p><strong>Position Purpose:</strong></p><p>This position performs maintenance, inspections, and tire pressure checks to customer vehicles as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with the Dealership’s and factory guidelines.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Completes oil and filter service in fewer than 45 mins:</li><li>Lube oil and filter</li><li>Complete inspection</li><li>Battery inspection with print out</li><li>Communicates with Parts Department to obtain needed parts, billing out parts.</li><li>Examines assigned vehicle using current inspection process to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.</li><li>Documents all work performed.</li><li>Participates in needed training programs, schools, and events.</li><li>Keeps current on assigned training.</li><li>Reports machinery defects or malfunctions to Service Manager.</li><li>Ensures that customers' cars are kept clean. Notifies Service Manager immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle.</li><li>Keeps shop area neat and clean.</li><li>Maintains all Dealership-owned tools and manuals and returns them to the proper place and in the same condition as they were received.</li><li>Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations, such as Bureau of Automotive Repair rules and regulations, hazardous waste disposal, etc.</li><li>Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.</li><li>Reports any safety issues immediately to Service Manager.</li><li>When there is no lube work, does the following:</li><li>Empties trash cans.</li><li>Cleans mop buckets.</li><li>Empties waist oil containers.</li><li>Empties waist oil filter cans.</li><li>Asks Service Technicians what trash can be thrown away.</li><li>Takes old Batteries to Parts Department.</li><li>Mops tech bays.</li><li>Keeps parking lot in order.</li></ul><p><br></p>",
