Founded in 2005, we have grown into a global recycled plastics business serving customers in over 50 countries, with operations across Asia, Europe, Australia and the UK.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are now looking for a Field Quality Inspector to play a key, hands-on role in ensuring material quality across our supply chain.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The role</span></p>\n<p>You will be responsible for supplier inspections, material quality checks and overseeing container loadings to ensure our waste and recycled plastics meet required standards.</p>\n<p>This is a field-based role involving regular travel to supplier sites. You will typically be on the road 3–4 days per week and will manage your own schedule.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct supplier and buyer factory inspections</li>\n<li>Attend and oversee container loadings</li>\n<li>Perform detailed, hands-on material inspections</li>\n<li>Collect, inspect and distribute samples</li>\n<li>Conduct basic quality testing using industry tools (e.g. NIR, micrometer, magnets)</li>\n<li>Identify quality risks, contamination and non-conformances</li>\n<li>Reject non-conforming material where standards are not met</li>\n<li>Report inspection findings to commercial teams</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records in CRM systems</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About you</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Quality Inspection</li>\n<li>Must have field-based experience</li>\n<li>Fluent English required; additional languages advantageous</li>\n<li>Comfortable working hands-on in the field</li>\n<li>Strong communicator, organised and methodical</li>\n<li>Confident having difficult conversations when quality standards are not met</li>\n<li>Valid driving licence and willing to travel overnight</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why join Vanden</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Newly created role in a growing global business</li>\n<li>Extensive technical and on-the-job training provided</li>\n<li>Clear long-term progression into technical or commercial roles</li>\n<li>Opportunity to learn plastic recycling from the ground up</li>\n<li>High autonomy and real ownership of outcomes</li>\n</ul>",
