We are seeking to hire a compassionate individual to join our team as an Behavior Analyst.</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Devereux Florida provides programs and services for children and adolescents with emotional, behavioral and mental health or intellectual / developmental disabilities. Based in Viera, FL, this position is responsible for the development and implementation of the clients master treatment plan, works within a multidisciplinary team to review the clients treatment and goals, and assesses progress and future needs. Behavior Analyst are over the assessment and discharge planning process to establish goals for the reduction in challenging behavior, instruction in functionally equivalent responses, and functional communication. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Details:</strong></p>\n<p><strong><em>Pay Range: </em></strong>Starts at $54,000 - $61,560 / annual (BCaBA).  </p>\n<p>                   Salary is based on relevant education and experience.</p>\n<p><strong><em>Schedule: Monday-Friday </em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits and Rewards</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Up to 24 PTO days/year (increases with service)</li>\n <li>Up to 64 hours of sick time</li>\n <li>Low-cost medical, dental, vision Devereux Benefits </li>\n <li>403(b) retirement plan</li>\n <li>ASCEND Tuition Program</li>\n <li>Student loan repayment assistance</li>\n <li>Payactiv: Access your earned wages early</li>\n <li>Employee Assistance Program & Discounts</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in the field of behavior analysis, mental health, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education, or a human services field <em>required</em></li>\n <li>Master's degree <em>preferred</em></li>\n <li>Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) <em>required</em></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ years experience developing and performing behavioral assessments and evaluating individual or unit wide programs <em>required</em></li>\n <li>Experience working with children and adolescent populations <em>preferred</em></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Other Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid Florida driver's license</li>\n <li>Must be at least 21 years of age or older.</li>\n <li>Must be able to commit to a two-week, paid new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday each day (located near the International airport in Orlando)</li>\n <li>Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test and TB Test.</li>\n <li>Successfully pass a Level 2 background screening with the State of Florida.
