This role owns the strategy, health, and utilization of our core platforms and tools to drive engagement, pastoral care, follow-up, and decision-making across all ministries.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This is not an IT role or office admin role.
