We are looking for a responsible <strong>Safety and Support C</strong><strong>oordinator&nbsp;</strong>who coordinates the activities of an assigned group of youth and can provide coaching, resolve issues, and link subordinates and facility management.</span></p><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: 1.15; font-size: 15px; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">The Safety and Support Coordinator is responsible for security and safety operations in Spectrum&rsquo;s high-security residential facilities. Essential duties of this role include monitoring youth activities, staff access, safety programs, and daily patrols. The coordinator also oversees authorized and non-authorized visitors, outdoor recreational areas, fire safety, youth transportation, interviews, court hearings, medical appointments, hospital emergencies, etc. Crisis response, transportation duties, off-campus security, and record-keeping are also essential responsibilities.</span></p><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: 1.15; font-size: 15px; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">The ideal candidate will be a great communicator who can guide and train employees.
